Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 80.-


Domestic Shipping

Liechtenstein and Switzerland are entiteld for domestic shipping.

Shipment methods & delivery estimates

We offer two shipment methods for your purchase. You can select between Standard and Priority shipping. Packages will only be delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) regardless which option you choose.


Liechtenstein & Switzerland



Standard: Delivery in 2-3 working days*
Priority: Delivery on the next working day*

* Please note that the shipment processing time is not included in the above mentioned delivery times.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Depending on the product size tracking information are not available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be makred as "gift" or with altered prices.


Unfortunately, damages may occur during transportation. You can report any damage to the package, piece goods or item directly to us.
