All products from our own warehouse are shipped by Swiss Post. If you want another forwarder you can contact us before ordering. We will be glad to help you with a suitable solution.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over 80.- CHF. If your order is below this value there is a small charge for the shipping. You also can select between Standard and Priortiry shipping. The shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be makred as "gift" or with altered prices.
Unfortunately, damages may occur during transportation. You can report any damage to the package, piece goods or item directly to us. Contact us by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and indicating the order number. We will be happy to take all further steps for you.
Orders and Returns
As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details. Depending on the product and packaging size tracking information may not be available.
Please give your order some time to arrive. If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your product. The cost of returning a product are the sole responsibility of the customer. For more details refer to our cancellation, return and refund policy.
